Clinical counseling

In mid 2020, when our world had been turned upside down with the pandemic and cultural conflicts, it seemed more imperative than ever to have sacred spaces for people to process what was happening in light of their faith and real, raw human experiences.I spent some time deep in prayer, with my family, and in conjunction with my spiritual director, considering how I might extend what I do to the clinical setting once again. Through unforeseen circumstances, to which I can only attribute to God, He lead me to connect with a Christian non-profit organization called The Peacemaker Center.  They are a Christian organization offering faith-based counseling services, with a mission to share the light of Christ with hope to the world. I have recently resumed clinical counseling since this past December and have found it deeply rewarding to pastorally care for those who come through the doors seeking healing.
